At Tart-istry, your privacy, safety and comfort are extremely important. This policy explains how personal information and event photos are used, stored and protected. By booking a Tart-istry event, you agree to the following terms.

📸 Photography & Social Media

Tart-istry may take photos of artwork, setups, craft tables, face-paint designs or the general creative environment during your event for promotional purposes.

Images Without People

Unless explicit consent is given, all photos shared online will exclude identifiable individuals.
This may include:

• Close-up shots of artwork

• Craft tables, decorations and setups

• Face-paint designs photographed without the child’s face

• Scrapbooking pages or materials

Images With People

Photos that include identifiable individuals (children or adults) will only be taken or shared if explicit permission is requested and granted prior to the event.
Clients may withdraw consent at any time.

Your Rights

• You may request no photography at your event.

• You may request photos to be deleted at any time.

• You may request a copy of any images that include your child or family.

No photos are ever sold or shared with third parties.

Tart-istry collects only the information needed to manage your event, such as:

• Event address

• Booking preferences

• Accessibility or support needs

This information is kept confidential and is never shared with outside organisations.

🛡️ Insurance & Safety

Tart-istry is fully insured under Public Liability Insurance provided by Duck for Cover.
This ensures coverage for:

• On-site activities

• Face painting

• Craft workshops

• Equipment setup

• General public liability during events

A certificate of currency is available upon request.
