
Refund Policy
To secure your event with Tart-istry, the following payment and cancellation terms apply.

Payments

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date, pending finalisation of the price. (This applies only to select packages.)

100% of the booking amount must be paid before the event.
(Final payment is due no later than 24 hours before your booking unless otherwise agreed.)

Cancellations

Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event:
The 50% deposit is retained as a cancellation fee, capped at a maximum of $100. -
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event:
The full 50% deposit is retained. -
Cancellations on the day of the event:
100% of the total booking fee is forfeited, as materials, preparation and the event time have already been allocated.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule up to 24 hours before your event with no penalty.

Rescheduling within 24 hours of your booking will incur a $25 rescheduling fee.

All rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

No-Show Policy
If the client is not present at the agreed start time or the event cannot proceed due to lack of access, incorrect information or venue issues, the booking is treated as a same-day cancellation, and 100% of the booking fee is forfeited.

Weather
For outdoor events, an indoor backup plan is strongly recommended.
Weather-related cancellations follow the same policy listed above.
